Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Finance Templates on one computer. This license is for personal or business use.
You may use the software to generate financial statements from your Tally data for yourself, your business, or your clients. You may not:
Finance Templates and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Finance Templates. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Financial statements generated by the software should be reviewed by a qualified Chartered Accountant or professional before submission to any regulatory body, bank, or authority.
In no event shall Finance Templates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the software.
Your license includes free updates for one year from the date of purchase. Updates beyond this period may require an additional payment at the then-current pricing.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
