Finance Templates is a digital product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described on our website, please contact us at hello@financetemplates.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Eligibility

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that cannot be resolved, within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Incompatibility with unsupported configurations (the software requires Windows and Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9)
• Issues caused by incorrect Tally configuration or data
